The new Enchanted Orchid Eau de Toilette by Bath & Body Works is described as sultry, intriguing and hypnotic. Enchanted Orchid, is the newest fragrance designed exclusively for Bath & Body Works by master perfumer Frank Voelkl of Firmenich just in time for spring. The inspiration: the velvety, dynamic texture of fresh Calypso Orchid petals. Frank Voelkl wanted to capture the sensation of these exotic purple flowers with a fragrance that caresses the skin with a lush, sensual feeling.

“The fragrance captures a “solar” aspect of the Orchid flower and gives the creation a unique exotic and almost tropical effect like “bathing in Orchid petals”, said Frank. The silky smooth creamy, sensual background is achieved by combining vanilla (also in the Orchid family) and a special “Skin Musk” ingredient exclusive to Firmenich.

The enchanted Orchid by Bath & Body Works main fragrance notes include: pink grapefruit, wet greens, waterlily, crisp apple, Calypso Orchid, fresh gardenia, delicate iris, violet petals, vanilla orchid, heliotrope, creamy amber, and skin musk. Price for EDT: $18.50.

In addition to EDT, Enchanted Orchid will be available as body lotion, shower gel, body butter, body splash, Anti-Bacterial Moisturizing Soap, and home fragrance products.
