HUGO Element is inspired by the energy of the four elements of nature: earth, water, fire, and air. The top note ingredients are led by the famous, synthetic material, calone, which represents the water element. The heart note ingredients are driven by the fresh spicy notes of ginger and coriander leaf, representing the fire element. Lastly, the base note ingredients are powered by woody notes, particularly cedarwood, which represents the earth element.

LACOSTE Challenge subtly blends classic and modern ingredients, creating the unique olfactory structure of the scent which serves as a sophisticated metaphor for the distinctive style of play for which Rene Lacoste was renowned. The top note (the serve) opens the fragrence strongly with fresh and energetic notes of tangerine and lemon, augmented by a burst of aromic lavender. The middle accord (the voley) is driven by spices such as ginger, bringing an exotic kick to the fragrence. Lastly, the base note (the baseline) combines rosewood, teak, and ebony to create a sustained strength, giving the fragrence its solid foundation.

Check out Hugo Boss’s new short film which was created by Hugo Fragrances in conjunction with the launch of two news scents the fragrance XX for women and XY for men. The video has a 70′s vibe to it. The film explores human nature and it’s effects. We think this film is pretty original and funny in demonstrating the differences between men and women.
